In my last post I told you a bit about a group that I am so proud to be part of: Count Me In’s Make Mine a Million Dollar business. Some of us are still striving for that $1M mark and others have made it and have moved well past it. All of us benefit from the collaboration from a group of resilient, persistent, innovative and action-taking women.

To run with me, do this:
• Step 1 - Sign up at http://www.makemineamillion.org/race and use the code LEVA
(Note that my goal is to make more per month in 2009 than was made in all of twelve prior months. This is also called a “phenomenon.” If you are serious about building your business - join me and join this race!)
• Step 2 - Set a goal by declaring your 2009 revenue target. M3 RACE levels are Walker ($250,000), Jogger ($500,000) or Runner ($1 million). You set the pace and well help you design an action plan for success.
• Step 3 - Use our early registration check list to prepare yourself and build your business stamina for the M3 RACE.
• Step 4 - Get a race buddy or create your own racing team by enrolling other women entrepreneurs you know to race with you.
• Step 5 – Follow me at www.twitter.com/LoriLeavitEvans so that we can build our community here. If there are several of us we’ll create our own group so that the comments (or Tweets as they are called on Twitter aren’t interrupted by all the other stuff we might chat about on Twitter)

Judging criteria is based on:
• Sales levels (compared to base year)
• Percentage revenue growth (compared to base year)
• Percentage employee growth
• Business net worth
• Profitability after owner(s) draw
